Where does Moonrise ship?
Moonrise ships to 2 countries:
- North America: United States
- United Kingdom

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $150 USD.
Orders under $150 USD are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments designated for United Kingdom.
- If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
- For other countries, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated on checkout.

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery times range from 1-11 business days depending on the destination. 

Please note:

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?

• If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Moonrise items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
• Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
• All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

What's the return process?
United States / United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Moonrise.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
